2 hour Workshop Rapé Ceremony
Travis and Valerie offer rapé zoom workshops each month. Understanding the ceremony of rapé and all the healing possibilities can be very useful as you spend time learning plant medicine. During our workshop we give you a step by step guide to make sure you are respecting the ceremony that was taught to us through the spirit of the plant. This workshop is done by ZOOM so distance is not a barrier to healing! This event is roughly 2 hours long. For a limited time this workshop is $85 which includes a rapé kit. If you already have all of your rapé supplies this workshop is $50 (please make sure you look to see what is included in the kit and you have all of these items prior to the workshop, each item is important).

What To Expect
- Can I go into ceremony for anything?
We have utilized ceremony for energy block clearing, past life clearings, ancestral work, gratitude, clarity, the list is just never ending. We have found that it is quite beautiful going into ceremony for anything.
- How do I choose what to do in ceremony?
Setting intentions before ceremony is also a very important aspect of healing. There is an art to intention setting. Understanding how to set intentions for what is in your highest and best good is a very important step in working with these sacred plants. The plant medicine has no limits. - What is included in this workshop?
Outside of knowledge and support from Valerie/Travis/your spirit team, this workshop includes everything you need for ceremony from beginning to end. 1 Kuripe (bamboo or palo santo), 7ml of rapé (chosen by you or you can opt that your spirit team chooses for you), 1 stick of Palo Santo, 4oz of Florida Water, and matches. Shipping to the US is included in the price of this workshop.
What are the details of the workshop?
- You will understand where the plants derived from, and how it is used.
Travis and Valerie create a sacred space and hold space for you during this ceremony. This includes making sure while you are on ZOOM that the room you are going into ceremony in has no lower level energy in or around you.
You are given the knowledge of the ceremony and then guided though your own journey connecting with the plant medicine.

What is a Shamanic Drumming Journey?
Journeying is the ability to shift your level of consciousness and travel beyond your body into the lower, middle, and upper world to retrieve information, healing, and guidance from your spiritual helpers and source.
Are these worlds bad to go to and what are they?
No they are not. These three worlds are multifaceted and are utilized for a variety of reasons within many cultures. With this Shamanic Drumming Journey Workshop Travis brings you into your own journey to help heal, receive, and communicate.
Lower world is a place of deep inward discovery and healing.
Middle world is a place of discovery and depth of the physical world that surrounds us. During this journey you are encouraged to connect with an aspect of the physical earth whether it is a crystal, a tree, or any other element that you are drawn to.
Upper world is a place of outward divination and external wisdom and knowledge.
In each journey people can connect with spirit helpers, guides, and power animals.
Do I need experience to be a part of this workshop?
No prior Journeywork Required, all experience levels are welcome and encouraged. Learning how to safely journey for healing is a beautiful and empowering tool to add to your healing toolbox.
What will I learn during this workshop?
- Discuss some of the origins of this practice.
- Discuss and explore the 8 senses that we use to experience our journey space
- Talk about your different types of helpers (Power animals, guides, Spiritual Teachers, and elements etc…)
- Learn of the 3 worlds (states of consciousness) that these helpers can be found (The upper, middle, and lower world) and visit them.
- You will get the opportunity to understand and learn about the different kinds of helpers you have, and how to access them on your own.
- Experience Drumming Journeywork to include : Meeting your Power Animal, Meeting a guide/spiritual teacher, a personal Soul Retrieval (OR) Past life Cord Cutting, and any other spirit guided journey needed for the group.
- Get important feedback after your journeys that is directly channeled from spirit.
