What is Rapé?
A gateway to your heart center - your Soul Center

Rapé pronounced “Haa-Pay” or “Ha-Peh” dates back to the time of the Incas. The blends that Soul Center offer come from several different indigenous tribes that are located in the Amazon Forest of Acre Brazil. Rapé is a collection of many different plants such as bark, seeds, and leaves. These plants are prepared by the Shamans of each specific tribe in a sacred way. Some blends are made seasonally, some prayed under a full moon, and some bringing in divine feminine or masculine energy. The energy put into preparing these is clear and very specific for each rapé that is being created. Many tribes have expressed intentions of sharing these plant medicines with other cultures to help raise the vibration of the collective and bring ascension to all. Soul Center has explored many different ways to utilize the plant and offers workshops for those looking to honor the ceremony and many healing benefits the plant has.
USAGE AS ADVISED BY THE RAPEH
For a quality experience and completely honoring ceremony we recommend taking our workshop. The steps listed below are basic application of rapé and does not reflect our recommendation of the sacred ceremony.
- Take your kuripe out.
- Place a pea to dime size amount of rapé in the palm of your hand.
- Scoop half of the rapé into the long side of the kuripe, tapping the side of the kuripe so it falls in.
- Place the long side of the kuripe into the left nostril.
- Blow from mouth into the short side of the kuripe.
- Repeat for the other side.
- Blow your nose and remember not to ingest or swallow the rapé.
