By viewing this website and or booking your appointment you agree to fully release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Soul Center, their heirs, successors, practitioners, assigns, employees, agents, representatives, consultants and others associated with Valerie Moon Healing from any claim or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, personal, emotional, psychological, financial or otherwise, which you may incur arising at any time out of or in relation to your use of the information presented on this website. If any court of law rules that any part of the Disclaimer is invalid, the Disclaimer stands as if those parts were struck out.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
- You may NOT use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must not transmit anything destructive in nature shifting or changing the original format in which we have provide, (ie. but not limited to viruses, worms, etc.).
- Rapé or “Rapeh”, “Hapé”, “Hapeh” as well as Sananga do use many different herbs, plants, and other ingredients that are hand picked from indigenous tribes in the Amazon Rainforest of Brazil. These plant medicines have been used for thousands of years and their blends, technique, and sacred practices on how these plant medicines are made are not given to Soul Center. Please note that if you have ANY allergies to plants indigenous to the Amazon Forest it is highly recommended that you do not use ANY of these products.
- The word medicine hear is used in a traditional sense as in “ancestral medicine” or “plant medicine” at no point is this intended to be taken as medical advice. None of these statements nor Sananga have been approved by the FDA. We are legally required to urge you to seek the advice of a medical professional before beginning this or any other health care treatments.
SECTION 2 – WORKSHOPS & HEALING TERMS
- When using the terms “Energy Healing” and “Clearing” you realize that the practitioner does not “diagnose” or “treat” the human body that is the occupation of the medical field and all associated healthcare providers. Soul Center’s practitioners links into the energetic field as an opportunity to help the client shift imbalances within the energetic environment and auric field, as well as to investigate and shift energetic influence of emotions, feelings, and patterns as a form of reprogramming. Energy “Medicine” is not the practice of Medicine.
- Any material provided on this website is not meant to suggest that these sessions are used for the diagnosis, recovery, treatment or prevention of any medical condition or psychiatric illness, many people use these services in tandem and the feedback from Soul Center’s clients is that it is helpful and comforting. If you feel as though you have a medical condition it is advised to seek out a professional medical provider.

- We reserve the right to reject any order sent to us by you. We can restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, at our absolute discretion. Orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders with the same billing and/or shipping address can be included in these limitations.
- In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- For any transactions made at our shop, you agree to have present, total and correct payment and account information. You consent to amend your account and other information immediately, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration date, so that we can complete your purchases and contact you as necessary.
